OVERVIEW
This Amazon division focuses on hiring and developing hourly associates for their fulfillment and sortation centers, Prime Air locations, Whole Foods stores, and more.
GOAL
The goal is to attract the right talent efficiently across a nationwide scale.
My main objective was to provide creative direction and execute nationwide hiring campaigns. The Peak Campaign, launched before the holiday season, was the most complex of these—a comprehensive 360-degree initiative designed to maximize reach and engagement during a critical hiring period.
ACTION
I led the creative vision, established a cohesive design system that ensured consistency across all assets. I also integrated automation solutions into the production process, enabling the team to produce scalable, template-based graphics quickly and efficiently for a wide range of marketing collateral.
Supervised a team of 8 designers and production artists, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand standards.
RESULTS
The implementation of scalable ad templates boosted the team’s productivity by 60%, allowing us to deliver more assets in less time. Additionally, applying UX standards to the website redesign helped reduce the bounce rate by 28%, improving user engagement and candidate experience.

AWARNESS CAMPAIGN
The testimonials of Amazon's associates were part of nation-wide campaign called "I'm here" which consisted on series of the video stories told by the tier 1 employees. I captured the quotes and profiles, and turned them into the series of posters and social media posts.

Peak hiring 360 Campaign
The concept for the year's largest campaign was born out of extensive brainstorming sessions with the entire creative team. I took the lead on the creative direction for the development of 3D assets and guided the overall art direction, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual style. This collaborative effort resulted in the production of over 10,000 assets across multiple channels—including digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), and GSTV—delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for the campaign’s diverse touchpoints.
